We will then explore project management tools like Asana and PM spreadsheets to manage and track tasks effectively. Effective communication is key to successful collaboration, so we’ll cover free tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Tango, and Loom to help teams stay in sync. Finally, we’ll discuss the importance of celebrating small wins to maintain motivation and momentum.
