RESET Learning Community

Build a more equitable future. Empower your staff.

For employees who identify as BIPOC, working within systems that perpetuate racism and oppression can be a daunting challenge. These barriers often hinder their ability to thrive and make a meaningful impact within their organizations.

That’s why we created RESET, an intensive learning community tailored specifically to these individuals. Our program offers a comprehensive solution, equipping participants with the tools and support necessary to navigate these challenges effectively.

Together, each cohort will embark on a transformative journey of empowerment and skill building. Through engaging workshops, expert guidance, and a nurturing community, participants will emerge as stronger, more resilient equity leaders.

At RESET, we believe in the inherent value of every individual working towards social justice and educational equity. We are driven by the principles of empowerment, inclusion, and dismantling barriers to success.

  • Provide staff at social impact organizations with the tools they need to navigate the workplace
  • Prepare staff for leadership roles
  • Foster a community of empowered staff through a community of peers

Choose ONE:

  • Virtual 10-week learning experience
  • In-person 1-week intensive
  • Skill-based trainings – Highly engaging workshops featuring facilitators who identify as BIPOC. Each session is centered on equity- and human-centered practices, including theory, discussion, application and tangibles (templates and resources).
  • Six hours of career coaching – A trained career coach will be available to members for one year during and after the program to help participants break through barriers and unlock their full potential. Serving as a journey partner, the career coach will be able to guide members on planning, changing or simply making decisions about their careers. They’ll work one-on-one with participants to empower them to work towards their career goals.
  • Four faculty office hours – Participants will have access to each facilitator for a year during and after the program concludes to help troubleshoot workplace challenges.
  • Exclusive access to the national community – Gain a supportive community of people who get you! This network is to share stories, resources, provide camaraderie and cheer each other on in every step of the journey.
